itu artinya Net Framework komputer sobat belum di aktifkan .
Dulu Saya pernah ngebahas Pengertian dan Cara Install .NET Framework 3.5 , 3.0 dan 2.0 di Windows 8
Tapi cara itu harus membutuhkan koneksi internet dan lumayan sangat lama.
Berikut  Cara Install Net Framework 3.5 , 3.0 dan 2.0 di Windows 8 Offline .
1. Siapkan CD Windows 8 dan masukan ke dalam CD Room
2. Buka CMD sebagai Administrator
3. Ketik Perintah Di bawah ini
   DISM.exe /Online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /Source:F:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess
Ganti warna merah Sesuai dengan lokasi CD Room sobat  , dan cara ini berhasil saya coba di Windows 8 Profesional .
